Earth, Water, Vine and Wine.
The situation of the Torrelles de Foix estate (Turó Penedès) and the origins of alluvial soils surrounded by torrents inspired the search for a name to denote the return of wine-growing activity on the Estate.
Among place names selected to baptize the newly created wines, the following was chosen:
Els Regarals – name whose meaning incorporates the organic character of the marks that form the usual downpours in the surroundings of the farm and the vineyards to channel the water to the torrents.
It will deal with the
first vintage with references that include Xarel lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Merlot protected by the Denomination of Origin Penedès.
