Els Regarals – Estate Wines, Masia La Heretat Laverna
White varietal wine from Xarel lo. A wine from a plot cultivated in dry and organic conditions at the midpoint of the estate with clay soils. Made from a coupage of three separate vinifications with different maturations of the grapes from the same farm, we seek to produce a wine with layers, of high expression. Aromas of rock tea stand out, the complexity of which leads us to a fresh, broad Mediterranean with good tension and acidity on the palate.
