HANDS, BAREFOOT AND SKINS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September. The grape-treading is done with barefoot. The must and the skin, stems and seeds are introduced together into the ceramic vessels. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Once covered, they are sealed with natural beeswax. The wine makes itself, without intervention. The buried vessels guarantee that the must during fermentation and the wine during aging, enjoy a low and constant temperature. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
