Organic Petnat from Parellada grape from Alt Penedès. An estate sparkling wine made with by ancestral method, a single fermentation without added sugars or sulphites. Elaborated with 100% organic Parellada variety from 50-year-old estate vineyard in Torrelles de Foix, from which it derives a soft pale yellow color with slightly mineral bubbles with notes of fresh fruit such as pear and apple.
