Xarel lo varietal white wine. A wine from a single vineyard, dry farmed and organic grown grapes in our clay soils. Made from a coupage of three separate harvest passages at different time of maturity and vinified separately. We seek to produce a highly expressive layered wine where Rock tea aromas stand out and whose complexity leads us to a fresh, broad Mediterranean with good tension and acidity on the palate.
