Parellada varietal white wine. A wine from a plot cultivated in dry and organic conditions at the highest point of the estate with clay soils and boulder. True to its characteristic of late variety, we seek to produce a wine with a low alcohol content and a faithful expression of the territory that surrounds the vineyard, surrounded by streams and forests. This is a soft and fresh wine, with a mineral limestone character and a slight saline touch.
