The situation of the estate (Turons Penedès) in Torrelles de Foix and the origins of alluvial soils surrounded by torrents inspired the search for a name to describe the return of wine activity to the estate.
Among selected toponyms to name the newly created wines, Els Regarals – is the selected whose meaning incorporates the organic character of the marks which are created on soils that are formed by the usual rainfall downpours surrounding the estate and the vineyards which channel the water torrents nearby.
The new vintage will include references of wines from Xarel·lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Merlot varieties under the Penedès Apellation of Origin.
